CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

All trips follow these cancellation policies.

In order to receive a full refund, for groups less than 8 persons, you must cancel before 4 p.m. the day before trip departure by email.

For groups of 8 or more, cancellation must be made 5 days before the trip.

There will be no refunds in case of no shows.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, and/or make partial refund, in circumstances beyond our control (bad weather, natural disasters, road closures, etc.)

Epic Adventure is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client due to any unforeseen events or circumstances including, but not limited to: earthquakes, floods, epidemics, fires, or accidents, condition of roads, cancellations of external transportation, various climatic conditions, traffic issues, or any other cause attributed to unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure that may interrupt or delay a booked trip.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT POLICIES

All prices are subject to change without notice

People with epilepsy, pregnant women, or people with recent surgeries may not take part of our rafting tours.

Currently, adventure operators are not charged sales taxes, but Epic Adventure reserves the right to pass along any taxes that may be imposed by federal, provincial, of local governments in the future.

Please do not take valuables on tours such as jewelry, passports, etc. Epic Adventure is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items.
